where is the fleet carrier mentioned in stars & lasers!! wings in the vois?

This is down to my brain thinking one thing and then fingers typing another!!
The Fleet Carrier is actually the Escort Carrier, and that can be found in Supplement One “More Lasers”
This was pointed out to me a while back but other stuff just got in the way and I just haven’t got around to changing it in the supplement.
