Well I started with a pile of bits… Necron bits… and wondered what I could make, I wanted something that was Alien looking and mechanical looking ( rather than the Bio ships I had already made )
So after sorting this lot I had some ideas, I saw lots of useful bits and pieces, the easy things were the scarabs, they would make good fighter ( heavy fighters )
Then I thought the Necron shields would make good ships with only a little work, also I like some of the weapons I thought they would make great Corvettes.
Then for something a bit bigger, maybe a battleship…
So with a little bit of work I ended up with a few ships for my new alien force, and after a quick paint job this is what I got, not too bad I think.
And here is the whole force on the table…

I wasn’t quite sure what the ‘Necron’ ships would look like, but they’re pretty nifty! I especially like the paint scheme.
I shall look forwards to trying the rules once they’re ready.

Thanks Vic, they were really fun to make and were very quick to paint, and I am enjoying playing games with them as well.
The rules should be available soon, I just need to get a couple of things worked out and they will be ready.

The Necron’s had the look I wanted for the Reformers so it made sense and they were just sitting in my bits box waiting to be used.
I had a lot of fun putting them together and the painting was done really quickly so I am pleased that you like them.
