Well for game four I wanted some fast car action, so for the fourth battle I got out a couple of cars and my track and had a little game of The Last Drifters.
The game would be all about two ‘friends’ settling a bet, two drifters fighting it out on the track.
Lucky and Ace, which one will win the bet?
Turn one.
Both cars accelerate hard and head around the track towards each other, this is all over a bet.
Spider bet Ace that he could beat him on the track, Ace of course bet he couldn’t.
Turn Two.
And both cars head in to the centre of the track with guns firing.
But someone had skipped cleaning the weapons after they were fired last, as they almost all jammed!
Turn Three.
Both cars went past each other, Spider’s passenger was still busy trying to un-jam his HMG.
Ace’s passenger did manage to get off a few shots, but he was disappointed when they all were stopped by the armour on Spider’s car.
Turn Four.
Ace spins his vehicle around so sharply that he nearly loses control, but he managed to come around for a close shot and decides to fire off his 20mm grenade launcher, but the thing shot off over Spider’s car.
Spider is having a bit of trouble controlling his car as well on this dusty track, he had to hit the breaks a couple of times as he tried to get in behind Ace.
His passenger is keeping his cool though and hit Ace’s car as his vehicle slid around, the shot hit right next to Ace’s head and it made him panic a little.
Turn Five.
Ace regained his composure and chased Spider back through the centre cross-over of the track and fired off his LMG hoping that a lucky shot might make it through the thick armour on the back of Spider’s car, but all the shots bounced harmlessly away.
Ace’s passenger kept calm and placed a few shots into the back of Spider’s car and one found a weak spot and hit something flammable, Spider has now got a small fire burning away somewhere at the back of his car.
Turn Six.
The fire caused some damage as the passenger struggled to put it out, this is not good for Spider.
The fire seems to have rattled Spider a little as he is having trouble keeping his car under control as he accelerates around the bend.
Ace accelerates after Spider and hits the back of Spider’s car again this time Spider loses control and spins out.
He jumps out of the vehicle raising his hand signalling the end of this fight.
Spider and his passenger quickly put out the fire in his vehicle and drive off with Ace to the local bar as Spider owes Ace a drink.
Well, that was really bad luck for Spider, that fire was really bad for him, it was doing lots of damage.
Both drivers and their passengers didn’t have much luck with their shooting nor the driving, lots of panic breaking and missed shots.
And the second turn fiasco of jamming weapons, that was really silly.
Still, lots of fun and some great exciting moments as they screeched around the track.
